With over 30 years of experience in the real estate arena, Raymond took the helm as CEO of Savills Greater China in 2011. He is a member of the Savills Asia Board and was appointed to the Group Executive Board in 2011, responsible for the Group’s global strategies and market expansion. As a seasoned real estate professional and hailed as an “architect” who leads, plans and executes multi-billion-dollar transactions, Raymond’s all-round skill set embraces the commercial, residential and industrial sectors as well as en-bloc sales and site disposals / acquisitions. Savills investment team has been leading the market with a market share of consistently over 60%.

Managing Director & Head of Investment & Sales

Peter joined the company in the middle of 1990s, and he has been involved in numerous sole agencies in respect to whole-block properties, sites, offices and retail shops. Peter holds a BSc major in Computer Science from The University of Western Ontario, Canada.

Non-Executive Chairman

Dr. Chan possesses more than 40-year of practical experience in the property development, investment, assets and facility management services in Mainland China, Hong Kong and overseas.  Prior to joining Savills in January 2012, he worked for Hutchison Whampoa Property Group and Hongkong Land Group for almost three decades. Dr. Chan is the holder of Doctoral Degree of Philosophy in Business, Master Degree in Housing Management and Certificate in Housing Management.  He is the incumbent President of The Hong Kong Institute of Housing, Fellow of Chartered Institute of Housing, Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Fellow of Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators and Registered Professional Housing Manager, etc.

Managing Director, Savills Valuation and Professional Services Limited

Charles Chan was appointed Managing Director, Savills Valuation and Professional Services Limited in January 2006 and is responsible for overseeing a professional team of over 100 staff offering a full line of services including valuation; feasibility studies; government lease modification; rating appeal; litigation valuation and a range of other property consultancy services.  He is spearheading the further development and reinforcement of Savills property services expertise as part of Savills growth and commitment to service in the Asia Pacific region.

Managing Director & Head of Leasing

Ricky joined Savills since 2006 and he has had more than 20 years’ property experience. He currently heads up Savills’ Office Leasing team and is responsible for leading the day to day management of Savills’ Hong Kong and Kowloon office leasing business. Ricky focuses on working on behalf of an occupier clientele, leveraging his extensive working knowledge of the Hong Kong landlord community. He provides advice to occupiers on issues such as lease acquisition, renewals and leasing restructuring strategies. His clients are largely major multi-national companies and enterprises in Hong Kong and corporations from Mainland China. Ricky graduated from the University of Hong Kong with an honours degree in Surveying, and is a Licensed Estate Agent.

Deputy Managing Director, Head of Kowloon, Industrial Development & Investment

James started his career in real estate in 1985. After 6 years in the industry, Jame started the Industrial Department in 1991 at Savills. In 2012, he became Senior Director and Head of the Kowloon Office. He is responsibile for three major areas, Industrial/Investment Sales, Logistics Services, and Kowloon Commercial Sales. As part of Hong Kong's most experienced teams, James delivers a full range of specialist services to both local and international clients. His scope of service includes development consultancy, landlord advisory, leasing and brokerage, sales and investment, and tenant representation. 

Senior Advisor, Chief Investment Office

Maggie has more than 30 years extensive experience in major investment and leasing as well as value added services and marketing solutions. Prior to her re-joining Savills, she was Executive Director in Landlord/Owner Representative Services of Cushman & Wakefield for 8 years.  Her broad range of clientele encompasses multinational corporations, prominent Hong Kong and international developers, traditional family trusts and major investment funds.

Head of Regional Investment Advisory, APAC

Frank Marriott joined Savills (Hong Kong) Limited in 1991, and brings 20 years of regional property experience to the APAC Regional Investment Advisory team, as a primary contact and lead generator for Hong Kong, regional investors and institutional funds.  He currently heads the team focusing on the growing regional requirements of both existing and new multinational clients, and has extensive experience with divestment campaigns on behalf of many Hong Kong family offices, and global institutional accounts throughout the region.

Head of International Residential Sales

Mark Elliott joined as Head of International Residential for Savills in 2017 and has over 12 years industry experience. In this time he has sold, instructed and lead a selection of class leading residential development projects from across the World in countries including UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.  Since joining Savills he has made it a core focus of the sales team to diversify and add new markets to their capabilities. Mark’s background in agency comes from Prime Central London, a core market for the International Residential team, where he has over 6 years of experience and as an award winning and top performing sales agent for two major London agencies.  He has significant experience in advising a global client base on the sale, purchase, letting, valuation, management and refurbishment of residential property.  

Senior Director, Retail

Barrie Chan has joined the Retail department of Savills for close to 20 years and is deeply experienced in the market. Barrie led significant leasing exercises for The Grand Canal Shoppes of The Venetian Macao, Hysan Place, Times Square and 1881 Heritage among other projects. Under Barrie's direction, the Savills retail team expanded coverage to non-core districts including Tung Chung, Tsuen Wan West and Tseung Kwan O, and successfully secured 50 F&B deals in 2020.
