Frank Marriott joined Savills Hong Kong in 1991 and brings over 35 years of Asian property experience to the Regional Investment. He is the primary contact and lead generator for regional investors and institutional funds around the region.
Frank leads the Regional Investment Advisory Division, focusing on the growing regional requirements of multi-national investors, and has extensive experience of divestment campaigns on behalf of many Hong Kong family offices and global institutional accounts. Through Savills pan-Asian network, the team has successfully acquired and disposed property for a broad range of clients, ranging from property companies and international funds to investment and private banks.
