Barrie Chan has joined the Retail department of Savills for close to 20 years and is deeply experienced in the market.

Barrie led significant leasing exercises for The Grand Canal Shoppes of The Venetian Macao, Hysan Place, Times Square and 1881 Heritage among other projects. Under Barrie's direction, the Savills retail team expanded coverage to non-core districts including Tung Chung, Tsuen Wan West and Tseung Kwan O, and successfully secured 50 F&B deals in 2020.
