Shop A1 on G/F, King Po Mansion, Nos.17 – 19 Shing Fong Street, Kwai Fong
The property has a gross area of approximately 300 square feet*, with a shopfront width of about 39 feet 9 inch*. It is a rare single‑corner prime retail shop in the district. The shop is located near Kwai Fong Estate and sits adjacent to Kwai Chung Plaza and Metroplaza, two of the most frequently visited retail destinations for residents in the area. The closing for the public tender is scheduled on 30 March 2026 (Monday) at noon.

Mr. Jason Wo, Senior Director of Investment at Savills Hong Kong said, “The three market retail shops for sale are situated in prime traditional market locations in North Point, Kwai Chung and Tin Shui Wai. Retail units of this type have long been favoured by investors due to their resilient nature.

Market‑based consumption is an integral part of daily life for nearby residents. As these shops benefit from a stable customer base, vacancies are rare, making them less susceptible to economic fluctuations. With relatively modest price points for each unit, this tender is expected to attract strong interest and competitive bidding from a wide pool of investors.”
