For our Management Trainee Programme, we seek to identify future leaders from high calibre graduates, bestow upon them a first-class platform and nourish a thorough understanding of the real estate industry. During this 2-year programme, you will be assigned to at least three divisions on a rotation basis, aiming to offer you a comprehensive and all-round training to realize your full potential and to broaden your horizon. Starting from the thirteenth month, a Division Head will be your mentor to take off your training and development path in Savills. At the end of this programme, your industry knowledge will be complemented with various leadership programmes and professional trainings.
Who we are looking for:
- Individuals who are passionate about the real estate industry
- Outgoing individuals with a "can do" mindset and as a good team player
- Individuals with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Applicants requirements:
- Final year students or graduates with not more than 2 years' full-time working experience
- Bachelor degree in Business, Real Estate, Surveying, Marketing, Event Management, Hotel / Property / Facility Management, or any business-related discipline
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
