Pune witnessed an absorption of 6.7 mn sq. ft. of industrial and warehousing space in 2024 against 5.7 mn sq. ft. in 2023 with an increase of 17.5% YOY.The manufacturing segment accounted for the majority of absorption, contributing 72% of total absorption, followed by the 3PL segment at 12% in 2024.
