Having worked on some of Hong Kong’s largest industrial projects, our advice is deal-proven and the best in the market.

Whether the intention is to sell or lease property, we can advise on a project from the initial stages through to completion.

Our focus is on opportunities to take advantage of property ‘hot spots’ in the market. Our experts analyse market trends against the particulars of a property, also providing valuation and advice from our Research and Valuation teams on commercial property investments. In addition, our broad network of local and international contacts consistently achieves rapid results.

We advise tenants on lease renewals and rent reviews, which require meticulous understanding of the intricacies of statutory and contractual procedures. We provide innovative solutions to meet our clients’ business and logistical needs.

As a leading service provider to the industrial property market, Savills has diversified its operations to encompass the continued shift towards mainland China and to incorporate the industrial-office (I/O), warehousing and business parks sectors.
