Savills Appointed as Sole Agent for the Sale of the Top Floor of Bank of America Tower

International real estate firm Savills has been appointed as the sole agent for the sale of 37/F, Bank of America Tower, No. 12 Harcourt Road, Admiralty ("The Property") with two private sky gardens. The Property has a total gross area of approximately 10,500 square feet, with a private sky garden of about 3,076 square feet, and is being sold on an as-is basis with vacant possession.

The Property is located on the top floor of a Grade-A office building, commanding magnificent views of Victoria Harbour and offering sweeping vistas of The Peak and Government House—a truly prestigious setting. Situated in the prime core district of Admiralty, it is surrounded by landmark developments including The Henderson and Cheung Kong Center II, as well as multiple five-star hotels and renowned shopping malls. With comprehensive dining and retail amenities, the area forms a vibrant and diversified business hub. The Property also enjoys direct connectivity via a covered walkway to both Central and Admiralty MTR stations, ensuring exceptional convenience.

Mr. Raymond Wan, Chief Senior Director of Investment at Savills Hong Kong said, “Following the successful sale of the 36th floor in the same building, we have once again been appointed by the owner to market the 37th floor for sale, with an indicative price of approximately HKD231 million. The Property occupies the top floor of a Grade A office building and comes with Central’s last private rooftop garden, offering a 360-degree panoramic view. The space provides exceptional flexibility in layout and design, making it ideal for use as a corporate headquarters, an exclusive private club, or a Michelin-starred restaurant. It is also a prime investment opportunity. Top-floor units in core business district Grade A buildings are extremely rare, making this a prestigious opportunity not to be missed.”
