Mr. Keith Chang, Senior Director, Residential Sales at Savills Hong Kong said, “The indicative Property price is approximately HKD 66 million, with a unit price of around HKD 15,500. This mortgagee property is attractively priced. Recently, the luxury residential market has recorded multiple transactions, reflecting sustained strong demand. High-quality mortgagee properties are rare and present an excellent opportunity to enter the market, definitely worth seizing.”

Mr. Kelvin Lo, Associate Director, Residential Sales at Savills Hong Kong said, “Seafront adjoining houses are exceptionally rare, with very limited supply in the market. Coupled with a prime location and tranquil surroundings, the Property boasts unobstructed, permanent sea views and offers both privacy and comfort—making it a truly outstanding choice that is hard to come by.”
