International real estate firm Savills has been appointed by the Government of Malaysia as the sole agent for the international public tender sale of Malaysia Building, 50 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai ("The Property"). Upon instruction from the Government of Malaysia, Savills hereby announces the official extension of the public tender deadline. The revised deadline for tender submissions is now 11 December 2025 (Thursday) at 12 noon.
The decision to extend the tender period was made to ensure a thorough and fair evaluation process for all submissions. This extension will allow for the comprehensive review and resolution of the queries received from interested parties, in line with the Government's standard internal procedures.
