International real estate firm Savills is appointed by engagement of the owners as the sole agent for the tender sale of Stewart Terrace on 81-95 Peak Road, Hong Kong ("The Property"). The tender, which will close at noon, 20 January 2022 (Thursday), involves the collective sale of over 95% of undivided shares of the Property (comprising 19 of the 20 units) to be sold with vacant possession or with existing tenancies and on an "as is" basis.
The Property is a residential lot spanning approximately 61,449 square feet, making it one of the largest remaining residential lots on The Peak for the foreseeable future. The existing total GFA is approximately 52,332 square feet.
Raymond Lee, Chief Executive Officer, Greater China of Savills said, "Stewart Terrace Is one of the very last remaining large sites available in HK's most prestigious residential location, suitable for both wealthy families as a private multi house compound or investors for a long-term rental/capital appreciation investment."

Recent transactions for the adjacent lot '77-79 Peak Road', which saw six out of eight houses sold early this year in excess of HKD100,000 per square foot on approved GFA, is proof of how popular the Peak remains with both local and Chinese buyers."
