Raymond Wan, Senior Director of Office Sales of Savills said, “It is a great pleasure to be working with CEFC China Energy Company Limited. Over the course of two years, we conducted detailed market analysis and were on a search for a potential partner before we came across Shanghai Huaxin Group (Hong Kong) Limited trying to re-enter into Hong Kong.  HKCEC is one of the most desirable locations in the financial district. In recent years, Hong Kong’s Grade A office buildings have attracted a number of state-owned and private enterprises from mainland China, who have an optimistic outlook on Hong Kong’s property market. The space we have invested in HKCEC is very spacious and at a reasonable price. It is extremely rare to find such office spaces in Hong Kong’s most prime areas.”
