Savills Appointed Sole Agent for the sale of retail shops in prime Central area – The Centrium, 60 Wyndham Street

International real estate consultancy Savills has been appointed sole agent for the sale of shops on the G/F and UG1/F of The Centrium in Central.

The property was completed in 2001 and is located at 60 Wyndham Street near the junction of Wyndham Street and Arbuthnot Road, with a very wide shop frontage of 130 feet facing Wyndham Street.  The property houses 25 floors of Grade A offices and 6 floors of car park.  There are a number of hotels and commercial buildings in the neighbourhood including the Universal Trade Centre and Hotel LKF by Rhombus.

On the ground floor, the gross areas of units 1, 2 and 3 are 3,162 sq ft, 6,157sq ft and 3,546 sq ft respectively while that of the unit on the UG1/F is 6,509 sq ft.  The total gross area is 19,374 sq ft.

The Centrium is located in the core Central area with a combination of commercial, entertainment and cultural elements.  With Lan Kwai Fong and Soho just minutes away, famous celebrities are often spotted in the area as there are many well-known restaurants and bars including dragon-i, Solas, Bungalow and Wagyu.
