The property has a gross area of 7,490 sq ft. Currently, there are four tenants in the property including Fairwood, DHC Food Mart, Yamazaki Bakery and Tai Cheong Bakery. The main entry is on Mau Tan Street with the side door facing Hung Min Court and no doubt it will attract a lot of the people passing by in the area.
