International real estate consultancy Savills has been appointed as sole agent for the sale of 11 Pollock’s Path on the Peak.  Pollock’s Path was once hailed as the world’s priciest street in 2013 by the South China Morning Post.

The house for sale is located at one of the most prestigious addresses in Hong Kong.  Completed in 1988, the house has a house area and saleable area of approximately 2,995 sq ft and 1,817 sq ft respectively, with one covered parking space.

11 Pollock’s Path accommodates a total of five houses, all enjoying charming Victoria Harbour views, set in a peaceful environment.  It is no wonder the neighbours of this prime address are mostly consul generals, celebrities and tycoons.

Raymond Ho, Director of Residential Development and Investment, Savills said, “it needs almost no explanation why Pollock’s Path is one of the most sought-after and unique residences in Hong Kong.  Its seclusion and stunning views are beyond comparison with any other residential area.  In addition, the last transaction of 11 Pollock’s Path was eight years ago, showing how rarely such properties come to the market.”

Tender Closing Date: 22nd July 2015 (Wednesday)
