This year, Savills Property Management Limited (SPML) and Savills Guardian won several awards at the Kowloon West Best Security Services Awards 2013, for the consecutive year. The awards ceremony was organised by the Regional Crime Prevention Office of Hong Kong Police (Kowloon West), The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies, and Security and Guarding Services Industry Authority. The ceremony was held in the Indoor Sports Hall at the Police Sports & Recreation Club on the 5th of June, 2014.
The property services group of Savills won 98 awards, which was a huge achievement. Kowloon West Regional Police also launched the “Project VanGuard” in November 2013. The project aimed to provide a platform for property management and front-line security to enable people to report crimes, as well as to help create a safer environment for the community. Police awarded at the ceremony three “Project VanGuard” grand prizes, one of which was taken by SPML and another by Savills Guardian.
