Savills Property Management Limited (SPML) has proudly announced that the company has been awarded the Eco-property Enterprise (Gold award) by Prime Awards for Eco-Business 2013.
The ceremony was held at the Crowne Plaza, Tseung Kwan O on 13 June 2013. Angel Kam, Deputy Managing Director, SPML attended the ceremony. "I am really excited that we have been honoured with this award for three consecutive years. We set up an eco-task force that aims to continuously promote and improve our contribution to environmental protection in the community." She added that if property management team can participate in the pre-management stage of a project offering their opinions on design and ensuring that green features are included in the construction stage, not only will the implementation of green management be made easier but also the result will be greatly enhanced.
In addition, SPML has recently signed up to the HKSAR Government’s Food Wise HK Campaign to encourage the entire community, from individuals and households to commercial and industrial sectors, to avoid and reduce food waste in Hong Kong.
