Thanks to our dedicated Property Management colleagues, Savills outshined other participants at the Hong Kong Island Best Security Services Awards 2010–2011, organised by the Hong Kong Police Force Regional Crime Prevention Office.
A total of 1,400 nominations were received by the organiser this year, but only 100 residential buildings and 100 commercial/industrial buildings were awarded for Outstanding Property Management. In addition, there were 150 awards for Outstanding Security Guard and 50 awards for Best Security Guard, among which ten of the awardees received the title of Top Ten Best Security Guards.
Under such keen competition, Savills team achieved the following outstanding results:-
- 21 Outstanding Property Management awards
- Five Outstanding Security Guard awards
- One Best Security Guard award
- One of the Top Ten Best Security Guard awards
Kendrew Leung, Managing Director, Savills Property Management Limited would especially like to congratulate the winner of the Best Security Guard award and one of the Top Ten Best Security Guards, Ms. Yum Chi Hung, Senior Building Attendant at Cloudview Road Dairy Farm Shopping Centre. Ms. Yum has prevented an unlawful intrusion and assisted the Police Force in arresting a suspect who was later charged for burglary. Her alertness, dedication and excellent performance in her duties are much appreciated.
