The property’s attractive features include a basement which faces Nathan Road and a staircase which leads to Carnarvon Road and Mody Road. As no transactions of large scale retail shops on Nathan Road have been completed during the past year, it is expected that the property will attract investors and prime retailers. He added that the asking market price of the captioned property is HK$600 million.
