Mark Elliott , Director and Head of International Residential for Savills, Hong Kong comments:

“ London remains the most attractive market for international property investors across the globe who seek long term stability as well as growth. Opportunities remain for motivated buyers to take advantage of low mortgage rates and favourable exchange rates for those buying in foreign currencies. Some properties in central London postcodes can be snapped for as much as 40% less than they were 5 years ago. King’s Road Park provides prospective buyers with a fantastic investment opportunity; the scheme is situated just moments from Chelsea and will create a new landmark for Fulham in SW6, one of London’s most desirable postcodes. King’s Road Park will offer residents the opportunity to invest in phase one, release one of a huge masterplan in the true heart of zone 2.”
