Initial public offerings (IPOs) invariably require a prospectus which meets the standards of local regulators. When, for example, REITs are listed, the services of valuers, market consultants and building surveyors are all required. Savills market studies form a central part of this work.

We work closely with the Principal and the Underwriters and their legal teams to ensure that the document meets the stringent requirements of the Regulator and provides the reader with a comprehensive and independent market view.
