What do we do?

We are committed to identifying energy saving opportunities for our client’s portfolio and offer professional energy audits conducted by our specialist technical team.

How do we work?

We actively monitor energy consumption levels and devise ways of achieving operational savings, such as reviewing operating hours of lifts and lighting, or equipment and systems design vis-à-vis demand; introducing energy efficient materials such as energy saving light bulbs, and actively supporting local environmental initiatives.

Who do we work for?

Owners of prime commercial, industrial buildings and large-scale residential developments.
