Savills Strata Office team has been in operation for more than 20 years, primarily focusing on single or multiple-owned Grade A office floors in Hong Kong. The team has successfully concluded HK$33 billion in office sales since 2007 to date.

How do we work?

For every transaction, we strategically look at the technicality of the property as well as provide insights into future market trends and the best suited exit strategies.
