We unite individual landlords within a building or development and collectively sell the asset to a common purchaser. 

How do we work?

Collective sales is different from other major sales as it often involves tens or hundreds of landlords, and is a challenging job to bring ownership together. With the current robust residential market, developers are more willing to acquire properties in older districts for redevelopment. To ensure maximum success for each transaction, we set up a team of experts for each individual collective sales project to work with our in-house valuation specialist.
