Where is it?
Located above Happy Valley, Jardine’s Lookout and Tai Hang Road stretch down to Tin Hau and join the Wong Nai Chung Gap. Jardine’s Lookout is known for its wide and leafy pedestrian pavements which meander past many standalone residences with large private gardens. Along Tai Hang Road are some luxury developments with wonderful vistas over Happy Valley and out towards the Harbour. The area is amply serviced by supermarkets. It is popular with families, being close to Chinese International School, Japanese School and French International School, St Paul’s and Adventist Hospitals, and the Hong Kong Cricket Club.
Why live here?
Jardine’s Lookout provides stunning views from many of the apartments. Tai Hang Village features many small eateries and is a great place for a stroll, particularly during the Mid-Autumn Festival, when it hosts one of the city’s most famous fire dragon dance performances. Hong Kong Central Library is also in the neighbourhood and the area is close to Happy Valley and Causeway Bay.
