The Valuation and Professional Services Department is headed by Charles Chan and provides a full range of valuation services for properties, businesses, as well as plant & machinery across Hong Kong, Mainland China and Macau. The department also provides consultancy services on land matters as well as development advice.

The Research & Consultancy team has extensive experience of the local and regional property markets and has worked on a number of high-profile consultancies. Clients include some of Hong Kong's foremost developers, landowners and real estate funds as well as the public sector. The department also produces regular reports on most market sectors and maintains a comprehensive database of real estate related statistics including Savills own indices, developed jointly with the University of Hong Kong. We have provided market research for Fortune REIT, The Link REIT, Prosperity REIT, Allco REIT and Regal REIT.

The Building Consultancy Department provides a full range of project consultancy services including but not limited to, condition surveys, project management of renovations, additions and alterations, development and energy audits for properties in the Asia Pacific Region.

Our Asset Management Team specialises in generating strategies which optimize performance and unlock the value of a client's investments, both in terms of current cash flow and capital appreciation. We are skilled in property performance measurement, assessing risk diversification, property and tenancy management and we provide comprehensive and transparent reporting.
