Savills Hong Kong appointed as sole agent for Radiant Centre, 7 Cannon Street, Causeway Bay. Spanning a total area of 11,000 sq ft, including three prime street shops, the vendor is currently asking for HK$450 million.

In Q2/2011, Grade ‘A’ office rents continued to rise but move moderately by 4.4%, compared with 9.5% in the previous quarter. Leasing volume has shrunk quite significantly due to high rents, and global economic uncertainties, the stock market downturn and muted IPO responses have also slowed expansion and relocation plans of many multinationals.
