InnoCentre, Kowloon
InnoCentre is a purpose-built commercial facility located on 72 Tat Chee Avenue in Kowloon Tong and housing incubation units for start-up companies. The total gross floor area is approximately 260,000 sq ft.
The brief
Savills has been the facility manager since our appointment in 2003. Our objective was to impress the client with an immediate improvement in service standards after taking over an instruction from a major competitor.

Our solution
Our consistent attention to detail since inception has enhanced the centre’s identity to a level comparable with Grade A commercial premises in the CBD. The measures we undertook improved standards in security staff and technologies, cleaning, landscaping, customer care and tenants’ use of recreation facilities through our concierge desk.
How we added value
Savills management team continues to focus on value-for-money services and seeks to improve the quality of services to the client, tenants, incubatees and visitors. Innocentre has been given a brand new look, appealing to other tenants with new working styles and processes.
