Infinitus Plaza (formerly know as Vicwood Plaza), Hong Kong
Infinitus Plaza (http://infinitusplaza.com) is a newly refurbished 36-storey commercial building with a total gross floor area of approximately 380,000 sq ft standing above Sheung Wan MTR in Central. The development comprises 29 office floors with four retail floors, and is linked by elevated walkways to IFC, Exchange Square and Jardine House.
The brief
We were appointed as the asset manager and lead marketing agent in 2006. Our mandate has been to enhance the management service while delivering cost savings to the landlord and improving the tenant profile of the building.

Our solution
We worked closely with tenants who agreed to relocate within the building so a phased refurbishment of the office floors could take place. This meant that whole and multi-floor tenants could be accommodated, improving rental income and tenant covenant for the landlord.
How we added value
The result of our combined efforts within our agency team meant the client achieved a 65% increase in rents, plus securing several Grade A whole and multi-floor tenants for the building. This is testament to our successful strategy in delivering a first class asset management service.
