Raymond joined Savills in 1989 and was directly responsible for major sole-sales agency projects, providing both marketing and consultancy advice. Under his leadership and active involvement, the Investment Department became a dominant market leader in recent years in Hong Kong with sales amounting to HK$10 billion in 2009. Savills also led the field in major transactions of at least HK$1 billion, with a 60% market share in the local market.

The investment team works for mortgagees, receivers, and the courts, as well as private owners, developers and investors. The property disposal services include Private Treaty Sales, Tenders (public or private) and Public Auctions. Comprehensive market coverage and a dominant market share allow the team to gain detailed insight into market trends.

Peter was promoted to Senior Director in charge of the Investment Department in January 2004. He has also been in charge of the Residential Sales Department since January 2006.

He has been involved in numerous sole agencies in respect to whole-block properties, sites, offices and retail shops. 

Peter holds a BSc major in Computer Science from The University of Western Ontario, Canada. Before joining Savills, he was a senior negotiator for Chi Wo Properties Limited (renamed Colliers International), and was a negotiator for Vigers (HK) Limited.

Having been in the Hong Kong retail market for such a long duration and being responsible for the leasing of numerous shopping centres, his contacts with retailers are extensive, as is his knowledge of the development market.

By regularly attending the ICSC conference in the United States and Mapic, the equivalent shopping centre conference in Europe, Nick keeps abreast of changes in the retail industry while targeting new names and operators for Hong Kong and China.

He currently heads the Savills Asia Pacific Capital Markets Division focusing on the growing regional requirements of both existing and new multinational clients, and has extensive experience with divestment campaigns on behalf of many Hong Kong family offices, and global institutional accounts throughout the region. 

Frank also is actively involved in the local Hong Kong investment markets and, together with the regional capital transaction teams, has been involved in deals worth in excess of US$5 billion throughout Asia Pacific during the past five years.

Simon is Deputy Managing Director of Savills Valuation & Professional Services Limited and Head of Research & Consultancy, with responsibility for Regional Investment Research Services covering the property markets of Greater China and the Asia-Pacific region. Simon has worked with most of Hong Kong’s major developers, providing consultancy studies for a wide range of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. He has also worked closely with a number of governmental and quasi-governmental organisations advising on real estate development issues, including the Hong Kong Airport Authority, the Urban Renewal Authority, and the Hong Kong Science Park. Multinational financial institutions also form part of his client base and recent studies have been completed for Morgan Stanley, ING and Merrill Lynch. He has advised Fortune REIT, Regal REIT, The Link REIT and Prosperity REIT in Hong Kong  and Allco REIT in Singapore on real estate market trends. 

She started her real estate career in 1987 working with expatriates looking for homes in Hong Kong. At that time, one of her major clients was Jardine Fleming Holding Ltd with approximately 150 leases. Edina joined FPD Savills in 1989 as a member of the Prestige Homes Division, successfully selling high-value residential homes. She worked closely with high net worth clients and major developers. In 1993 she was promoted to Associate Director before leaving the company to start a family. In 2000 she rejoined to head the Residential Leasing Department.

Edina has formed strong and long-term relationships with many of the Hong Kong developers, landlords and multinational corporations. She has in-depth knowledge and experience in all aspects of the residential market. Her committed and professional approach to providing personalised and proactive services is valued greatly by her clients.
