Savills Hong Kong appointed as Sole Agent for striking new serviced apartment CHI 120, Sheung Wan

Savills Hong Kong has been appointed as the sole agent for the striking new CHI 120 serviced apartments, located at 120 Connaught Road West, Hong Kong. Spanning a total area of 24,000 sq ft with 19 seaview units, the owner is asking for HK$280 million.
Just a 10-minute walk from Central, facing the entrance of the Western Harbour Tunnel and near the future Sai Ying Pun MTR Station, the property is a perfect choice for discerning customers to call home. The potential of the area is about to be unleashed, with new hotels and residential projects in development.
Tim Wong, Director of Investment, Savills said the owner of CHI 120 is a world-renowned serviced apartment group and is currently operating four residential buildings in the city, with a fifth one opening in 2013. Investors are offered with flexible investment options including purchasing with vacant possession or a sale and lease back solution, allowing them to enjoy a more stable rental income and a broad clientele provided by the vendor.
