Savills Asia appoints Senior Director of Regional Leasing

Savills has announced the appointment of Iain Chapman as Senior Director of Regional Commercial Leasing in Asia. He is based in Hong Kong from Monday 12 September 2011.

Iain began his real estate career in Asia in 1990, joining Savills in 1995, before moving on to Colliers in 2000, where he was Director and Co-head of Hong Kong Commercial Leasing. During his eleven years as Director of leasing at Colliers International, Iain was responsible for a number of high profile transactions in the market place. He has recently worked on real estate strategies for large corporate occupiers such as Natixis, Ernst & Young and Mayer Brown. Iain has strong relationships with a number of Hong Kong developers such as Sun Hung Kai, Hong Kong Land and Kerry Properties.

At Savills, Iain will work together with the existing team on key projects for both landlords and tenants. He will also service international corporate clients throughout Asia linking with Savills European teams and US strategic partner, CresaPartners LLC.
