Savills appointed as sole agent for the tender sale of a prime luxury residential site in Ho Man Tin, Kowloon

Savills has been appointed as sole agent for the tender sale of 264, 264A & 264B Prince Edward Road West, Ho Man Tin, Kowloon.  The indicative price is HK$300 million. Tender Closing Date: 5 July 2018 (Thursday), 12 noon

Located on Prince Edward Road West close to the junction of Waterloo Road, the subject property is in a traditional luxury residential enclave, spanning a site area of approx. 5,767 sq. ft.  Standing on the site is a 3-storey residential building with all nine units leased.  Within the neighbourhood are a number of luxury residential developments such as Kadooria, Cristallo, 8 LaSalle, Paxton and Kadoorie Hill.  The robust first-hand sales of these projects reflects strong demand.  Prestigious schools and international schools are also nearby, including La Salle College, Maryknoll Convent School and Diocesan Boys’ School.
