experience of the local property markets and has worked on a number
of high-profile consultancies. Clients include some of Hong Kong's
foremost developers, landowners and real estate funds as well as
the public sector. The department also produces regular reports on
most market sectors and maintains a comprehensive database of real
estate related statistics including Savills own indices, developed
jointly with the University of Hong Kong.

Head of Research & Consultancy Simon has worked for Savills for over 12 years and has developed a comprehensive knowledge of the Hong Kong property markets.
